Julie McDonough for School Committee

Natick Friends,

Welcome and thank you for coming to learn more about why I'm running for re-election to the Natick School Committee. Natick is a wonderful community filled with great people, fantastic organizations, and strong traditions. Our great schools provide a solid foundation for our children and prepare them to become productive, engaged, and compassionate citizens. I am proud to have served on School Committee since 2015 and I look forward to continuing to serve. As your representative, I am committed to listening to you and sharing your views on how we can continue to move our schools forward.

Over the past two years, we have navigated through the unimaginable. I am so proud of the work our district did to keep kids learning in school with their teachers, their support staff, and their peers. From the early days of the pandemic when we shifted to fully remote learning, to the 2020-21 school year in which we "re-made" school into a hybrid experience, to now - the 2021-22 school year in which we seek to support the academic and social-emotional recovery for our students. We could not have done any of this without an exceptionally strong superintendent and leadership team and the unbelievable professionalism, compassion, and devotion of our NPS teachers and staff. I am proud to have played a small role in supporting the district during this unprecedented time.

Please explore this website to learn more about my experience in town government, as well as the issues that will be my focus should I be elected to.a third term. Thank you for visiting.

I ask for your vote on Tuesday, March 29th and thank you for your support!
